🌟The 80s are calling and they want their leotard back!🌟

Welcome to DISCOaerobics – a ridiculously fun, online fitness session! We meet every week on Zoom to enjoy an immersive, feel-good aerobics class with a difference!

Combining classic disco tunes from the 70s and 80s, with simple, fun aerobics-style dance routines, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Your family is absolutely welcome to join in with you, too!

And keep an eye out for specials, too – so far we’ve had Madonna week, 80s rock anthems, 90s pop classics, 80s Movie week, a Spice Girls special, Freddie Mercury and George Michael tributes, and halloween New Romantics… it’s always fun and a party atmosphere! You’ll barely realise you’re exercising!

Tuesdays 6-6.45pm £4 per household.
Can’t make it? You can buy a recording of the class which is yours to enjoy for 48 hours!
Join your host and DISCOaerobics instructor Carly, along with others from across the globe, for some happy, joyful and silliness in your makeshift home disco!
There are also loads of recorded DISCOaerobics sessions over on my on-demand channel, Project HB TV. Access is £12.50 per month and you can do the classes anytime you like!

Dressing up and letting go are totally encouraged. So pull up those leg warmers, find your leotard and tie that side-pony tail up high! Everyone is so friendly and we don’t take anything too seriously!

DISCOaerobics in 60 seconds…

6 hour cancellation policy applies – no refunds given after this time.
