Welcome to Project HB TV! On-demand fitness videos for you to enjoy, at times which work for you! All sessions are taught by me, Carly (aka Project HB), in my fun, friendly, down-to-earth style.

I don’t take anything too seriously, and you definitely won’t hear me linking fitness to any body shaming or guilt. Why? Because it’s not 2005, babes. Your body is perfect how it is, and movement should be a glorious celebration of everything you can do, and how fab that makes you feel.

Expect Barre, HIIT, aerobics, stretching, and loads of other stuff; from 15 minute blasts, to hour long signature classes. I’ve also developed some wheelchair -friendly seated workouts, suitable for anyone wanting or needing to sit down while they get sweaty.

Movement, for everybody, in every body.

  1. Access to Project HB TV is £12.50 per month, on a rolling subscription basis, which means it auto-renews every month.
  2. Access begins on the day you subscribe. So, if you subscribe on 18th of the month, your next payment will be taken automatically on 18th of the following month. Simples!
  3. The membership says it’s a 12 month contract but… I absolutely promise you can easily cancel anytime from your account – just by emailing me (projecthb@live.co.uk). No minimum commitment is required

Some videos are recorded from a live online class, and some were exclusively recorded for this library. AND – new videos are added every month, so there’s always something new to try!
