- Sign up below & commit to a 12 week programme (billed £35 every fortnight, for a total of six payments).
- Receive a workout to do at home or in the gym – every fortnight. Including a personal video with demos and explanations. Your workouts will be based around a totally personalised, progressive programme that’s been written for YOU and the equipment you have available (absolutely no templates here!)
- Complete your workout as many times as you want during that fortnight.
- Feedback your stats & how it’s gone, with the option to check-in on zoom if you want.
- Receive your next workout when your next subscription payment goes out.
