How it works – in 4 easy steps

  1. Sign up below & commit to a 3 month programme (billed £65/month, for a total of three payments. Option to continue on a rolling monthly basis after initial 3 months).
  2. Receive a personalised programme via my app, to do at home or in the gym. Your programme will be based on your goals, the number of sessions you can complete every week, and the equipment available to you.
  3. Complete your programme over the month and record your progress in the app! Mid and end month check ins are offered.
  4. Send your feedback on how the month has gone. I’ll write the next phase of your programme based on how the last month went. You’ll receive your next workout phase via the app, when your next subscription payment goes out.
