  1. Sign up below & commit to a 12 week programme (billed £35 every fortnight, for a total of six payments).
  2. Receive a workout to do at home or in the gym – every fortnight. Including a personal video with demos and explanations. Your workouts will be based around a totally personalised, progressive programme that’s been written for YOU and the equipment you have available (absolutely no templates here!)
  3. Complete your workout as many times as you want during that fortnight.
  4. Feedback your stats & how it’s gone, with the option to check-in on zoom if you want.
  5. Receive your next workout when your next subscription payment goes out.
