That time we ran a fitness holiday
We had the most wonderful time in West Sussex; 10 guests, 3 days and the hottest May on record!
A reminder of what we offered, and what you should expect from any future hols we put on……
“This was not a detox weekend, and the word “diet” was banned.
Simply- we ate nutritious food, worked out in the great outdoors, learned to cook healthily, spent some time at the beach, relaxed in our beautiful house and found some peace with yoga and mindfulness. Everyone received a 1:1 nutritional consultation too- helping to set them up to continue the good work after the holiday.
This was a weekend full of normal, happy healthy people, who wanted to make like-minded friends, take some time out and leave feeling energised. Our aim was to encourage and support our guests’ way to a healthier lifestyle, and we think we did just that!”
