I’ve been in a yoga funk recently, and although some lovely Hotpod has been gently coaxing me back, I was excited to see Sweaty Betty are holding a #GetYourOMBack challenge on Instagram in July. That means it starts THIS WEDNESDAY! What better way to get back in to my some daily OM-ing?
The challenge promises 31 days, 31 poses up on Instagram, and some extra fun along the way!
They recommend you do a short vinyasa or two before you squish yourself into the pose- well just going into a posture cold isn’t going to help you get your OM down and grooving now, is it?!
Then, all you gotta do is:
- Follow @sweatybetty on Instagram for daily poses, or pick up a challenge sheet in-store for the complete calendar (also available in its full form as a PDF by clicking HERE, or for reference below).
- Snap yourself mid-pose and share your photo on Instagram using #GetYourOmBack.
- Wait to hear about daily surprise and delight prizes, or sign up on their #GetYourOmBack page to win an exclusive yoga retreat. YES PLEASE!
