Do you “Run Like a Girl”? Happy, determined, enjoying the experience? Well so do we.

Once a month a group of us get together to do a gentle, sociable and completely achievable run through London. It’s the free “Run Like a Girl” running club, an initiative put together by Bella Kinesis and hosted/led by me! And you can see when we’re next meeting (and sign up) HERE!

We meet somewhere central where there’s a bag drop, have a warm up, and then head off into the evening- whether it’s sunshine or pitch black and freezing! We cover roughly 5k. If you’ve ever been to a running club where people don’t talk and instead CHARGE at the pace of rhinos, leaving you flailing at the back, wheezing and hating life…. Well then you’ll probably find our running club a a pleasant experience!

We STICK TOGETHER (no one is left dying at the back- that’s not how we roll), we chat, we laugh, but we also challenge each other and keep each other going. And then- we celebrate back at the bag drop venue with goodie bags for everyone and hot chocolates for anyone who wants to stay for a natter.

We do river and park routes, and you’ll be told where the next club is meeting on our social media feeds.

Sounds good and you want to join the next one? Check out Bella Kinesis’ events page to see when our next run is, and sign up!
